PLL now fitted!

I have now fitted a Phase Lock Loop system to my cell, without the benefit of the driving force of my modified alternator, (ie direct off the battery) but it seems to lack any real productive Gas power. I am going to have to include the ascillioscope into the equation so that I can find out what further ajustments I need to make, which may or may not possibly be further changes to the boards design?

Unfortunately the photo isn`t a good one, but the "PLL" seems to be controlling the "resonance" ok (hunting for, and holding a constant stream of gas, Whopee! but it doesn`t exhibit that much volumn) regrettably its not creating any "real" mega production as a result :o(( Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm! back to the drawing board it seems! It May be, that it needs to be a much more beefy construction, (or I will probably "smoke it" so what changes) should I wish to use it with my modified alternator? I am producing upwards of 60vdc, and a considerable amount of amps from it??? (the alternator that is) I have already had to include a mega heat cinq on a "Mosfet" within the fabric of the system to prevent it from melting off the board :o(( and thats just using a 12 volt dc battery.

Although My cell design is quite demanding, you can see from the amp meter reading below its not too bad at about "2+amps" but still higher than I would like, it may just be the need for calibration of the meter itself? in the past my cell shewed less than a one amp requirement when producing about 3 litres a minute of gas, Mmmmmmm!

The end of the bifular coil can be seen resting on two cable spools and I have the whole system running on a 2 amp quick blow fuse

The rectangular black thing on the RHS is the heat cinq

I have to say that the company that manufactured the board above for me, as a sort of "one off prototype" rate, made a brilliant job of it, was British, and so efficient that it made my eyes water, just to think that "Mud Island" can still periodically lay claim to this sort of company, which is unfortunately, at this moment in time, often a rare breed indeed.
