I removed some of the existing jumpers and fiddled with the others, which were in the totally wrong position on the last "tranny" (no wonder it blew it wasn`t fit for the purpose etc so it wasn`t my fault entirely? well it was really, I should have checked it out and not just excitedly, fitted it) anyway its now fitted to the plasma spark system and works great with no spiking or reverse EMF allowed back into the invertor, as designed.
But!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and isn`t there always one! I have now, chanced, using my latest new 750watt ac invertor and its not powerfull enough!!!!!!!!! Doh! so I have to at least double its size and see if that works :o(( !
isn`t it great when a plan comes togeather?
Still I`m moving forward (Yea right! just like an express train out of control heading into a mountain tunnel that hasn`t been dug yet) :o(( I guess I will find out when I should stop eventually?
Mmmmm!!! I have just thought (thats a first!) in my attempts to obtain the maximum plasma spark ( which I have achieved, it`s just like a large welding spark ) I have a plug gap of 8 mm / 3/8" at least, maybe if I reduced that somewhat I could have enough power?? Mmmmmm "manana" maybe! :o))
