Grandaughter time

Sure, as usual, I got lumbered taking my 2YO Grand Daughter off around the Market town of Epson UK, but I love it really and it allows mother and daughter to have some special time togeather shopping (what else), not to mention the special time I have with my Grand daughter of course :o)).

My grand D is a sweetie and we did the usual things, like look at the horses search for pigeons and talk to everybody who would listen, including Lionel Blair, a famous 60s singer ,dancer and entertainer in the style of Fred astair etc, who happened to be interviewing for TV in Epson at the time.

Before we left after meeting for breakfast in the local hostillery, I was given the news that my GD hadn`t "Poooed" yet and so my daughter had packed "an apple" in case I noticed the smell later on???? Mmmmmm OK I thought???? I carry nappies just in case anyway and changing he would never be any trouble.

So off we went and a great time was had by all, Sure we found birdies and did see the horses and she didn`t Poo! :o)) Having returned my GD to her mother we departed for home and on the drive back I mentioned to my wife that I didn`t understand why my daughter would have packed an apple for me ( as I am not a great fruit eater) but I guessed it was for the smell if G.D. Had of happened to have "Pooed" while she was with me, My wife promptly collapsed with laughter, when she could speak again she said " A Nappy (Diaper US) not and apple you silly deaf old Grumps"! :o(( Ahhh!!! that explains it all :o(( Tee Hee silly old sod!
