Eric the Halogen Oven

The top plastic bit is attached to the "Pyrex" lid and contains the Halogen light tube. The two knobs are Time and Temperature. The food is arranged on a series/couple of cake coolers/racks and the thing is then switched on there is a fan also, which switches on and off and it all cooks in leass than an hour at about one K.W. or one unit (say 10p in the UK) we did a roast dinner and I believe that you can get them big enough to do a whole chicken in? It seems the thing to have if your eletric is controlled i.e. on a small genny such as on a boat?

Oh silly me perhaps i got it wrong? I do that sometimes you know, I once bought a female dog ( a Basset Hound) thinking it was a male one, Dohhhh! :o(( Only Joking it does resemble a mixer doesn`t it, the wire shelf thingies in the bottom of the bowl lift out when in use and the bowl is where the action takes place (obviously).
