Over the last few weeks I have been speculating on the Foreign exchange market! using virtual money. Who`d be silly enought to use their own money, to learn what to do? well me nearly! anyway so far, as I learn I struggle to get back to the $10k that I started with :o((.
One day I can make an absolute fortune ( for me) and either on the same day or the following day I loose it and more I`m currently backing a rising £ on a falling pound market I should be going short ??? by backing the pound to loose (and still make money, can you believe it?) anyway I have my sights on the pound finishing at some time today at 1.555? but who knows! just when you think you have the hang of it it goes around behind you and bites you in the ass! just like training a bull sea lion!:o((
Oh well! back to the ass biting, for now! Oh no!!!! not another $1000 down the toilet :o(( one day! just one day! maybe! :o))

If you'd have bought Euros a few weeks ago then you'd have made a tidy profit (but who would have thought it?)
I'm surprised the £ has fallen against the dollar though. Maybe now is the time to buy $ - I can't see the £ falling much further.
Out of interest are you using some sort of software to trade currencies virtually?

Hi Thanks for the visit! so far it looks promising I had $10k virtual money to start, and yesterday I had reduced that, with losses to £5201, by this morning I was back to £9236 and By early this evening I was almost back to the $10k ! However I now still have a few Ks that I wen`t short with on the dow jones and I`m showing a negative profit there while I wait for the market to fall a little when I will clean up.
